!GeRald! is a French/English Experimental Rock project that emerged in 2018 from the back end of nowhere and has since then acquired a ferocious name for itself as a live act and an aboslute „must see“.
With daunting Melodies, an uncompromising rhythm section and intricate structures, the project has created a surrealistic landscape prone to shape shifting.
A bit of History ? The first E.P „Church of the Sublime Parade“ came out in 2018 and was recorded, mixed and mastered by ex-Gong member Patrice Lemoine.
In October 2021 the ensemble was the opening act for Zeuhl monsters MAGMA.
In 2022 was released the debut album „The Lost Tapes“ and was followed by 3 lengthy promotional tours with projects like Poil Ueda / Big Brave / their friends from Baron Crane / Yarol Poupaud / Chromb / Lucy Kruger and the Lost Boys and many more…
Currently working on a 5 track piece and on a second full album, the bands new material will be out in June 2024 and will embark upon a promotional tour throughout Germany, Czechia and more as well as many festivals this summer.
!GeRald! will be opening the Night of the Prog Festival in July on Saturday 20th 2024.
